Serbian retailer adds space planning and optimization capabilities, as well as voice directed operations to its current investment in GOLD

With GOLD, Univerexport is now able to visualize every aspect of its merchandising process as well as improve on-shelf availability, space utilization and make effective use of customer insight. This ensures the company’s merchandising strategy is efficiently reflected across all store formats.

To improve operational efficiency further, Univerexport has also deployed GOLD to support its warehouse picking operations. With GOLD Warehouse Voice Operations, operators within Univerexport’s warehouses benefit from a smart device-voice directed solution, which will improve operator productivity as well as reduce pick-error rates.

Univerexport and Symphony GOLD first worked together in 2013 when the retailer implemented GOLD as its unified platform for store and warehouse operations.
