Symphony RetailAI Wins Best in Class Global Career Experience at the FuelX Career Experience Conference and Awards in London

The company used Fuel50 CareerDrive(TM) and Strengthscope(TM) to help managers coach employees and increase employee engagement from 66% to 76% in a single year

Distinct but complementary to the award, the company also adopted Strengthscope, a revolutionary assessment tool that provides a comprehensive measurement of an individual’s strengths at work ― to encourage and champion its managers to be coaches and increase engagement by leveraging the strengths of employees around the world.

The FuelX Awards by Fuel50 celebrates organizations who are innovating career experiences for their people. Awards are split into four categories — Best Career Champion, Best Career Experience, Best Career Engagement, and Best Career Initiative. Its independent judging panel also selects Regional Winners, Highly Commended, and an Overall Champion, with a People’s Choice also awarded based on FuelX attendee votes.

Symphony RetailAI first partnered with 10Eighty, a Human Resources consulting firm, to gain assistance in better understanding the culture and values of its organization. As part of its efforts, 10Eighty also met with senior executives to understand the business drivers and to distill organizational strengths, seven of which were deemed the top corporate 7 strengths. Next, managers were educated on the Strengthscope assessment tool, so they fully understood its benefits and how it would be used with employees, along with the merits of a coaching-style of leadership. Now, after an employee is on the job for a minimum of six months, the Stengthscope assessment is done and employees are given access to Fuel50 CareerDrive tools which help in their development. These same tools can be used to help managers best guide them in career conversations.
