Russian grocery retailer Nahodka embarks on transformative project, moving to new ERP solution addressing back-office issues and warehouse management improvements

Retailer’s strategic IT project uses Symphony RetailAI solutions to support further growth and network scaling.

DALLAS – Sept. 17, 2020 Symphony RetailAI, provider of the industry’s leading AI-enabled platform and customer-centric solutions that deliver profitable growth for retailers and CPG manufacturers, today announced that Nahodka is undertaking a strategic project to implement Symphony RetailAI solutions for managing its master data, merchandising, store processes and warehouse operations.

Nahodka, a fast-growing retailer in the Volga region of Russia, is one of the few retailers that provide customers with the best assortment at the best price. In order to advance the development of its network and strengthen competitive advantage, Nahodka decided to comprehensively change its IT systems to industry solutions that would allow for scalability of stores, unified cross-supply chain processes, standardized and modern store automation, and efficient warehouses operations.

Early in 2020, Nahodka launched an intensive process of choosing its potential new IT solutions among many vendors. After a long process, which included reference visits, demonstrations, and functional discussions, the company chose a number of integrated solutions from Symphony RetailAI that allow single end-to-end process management. The cloud-based solutions represent a unified platform and database master for all the company’s processes.
