Dallas – Sept. 24, 2018 – SymphonyAI, the leading global provider of Artificial Intelligence-enabled decision platforms, solutions and customer-centric insights that drive validated growth for retailers and CPG manufacturers, today announced that ADAMAS went live with its end-to-end merchandising, store operations and mobility solutions.
Headquartered in Moscow, ADAMAS is the largest jewelry producer in Russia, operating more than 200 stores. ADAMAS needed to reduce the complexity and improve the efficiency of its headquarter and in-store operations to support faster business growth. SymphonyAI was selected to provide full capabilities of merchandise and data management, as well as store mobility technology to unify control of merchandising and pricing, as well as deliver inventory visibility across store and channel operations.
“ADAMAS is now able to more efficiently manage its HQ and in-store operations through cutting-edge technologies, increasing staff productivity and ensuring right inventory at the right place. The mobile technologies within our solution improve decision making as well as drive supply chain efficiencies and more robust ways of managing the merchandising. Ultimately, the SymphonyAI solutions will greatly support ADAMAS with its rapid business growth,” said Stanislav Krupnik, Country Manager Russia and CIS, SymphonyAI.
ADAMAS selected Kalitero, an authorized SymphonyAI partner, for the implementation and post-go-live support of the solution.
“It has been an interesting and complicated project due to specifics of the jewelry business. SymphonyAI’s solutions have allowed us to adapt to the numerous requirements and needs of ADAMAS. With the new complex solution, ADAMAS has better capabilities to optimize its operations and gain advantages over the competition,” said Alexey Viktorov, Managing Director of Kalitero.
“The success of the project has been, in many aspects, provided by the highly skilled business and technical team within ADAMAS, which has comprehensively supported implementation of the project as well as the advanced practice of processes specific to the jewelry retail business.
