Each honoree in the Top Women in Grocery’s class of 2022 played an integral role across all segments of the North American food retail and grocery industries, going above and beyond to meet the needs of shoppers and associates while also achieving strong business results.

Symphony RetailAI executives honored for work helping retailers and CPGs
Cheryl Sullivan, Chief Product Officer & General Manager, Retail & CPG and Charisse Jacques, GM and Chief CCR Officer at Symphony RetailAI, were named to the Top Women in Grocery award as Senior-Level Executives. Sullivan was recognized for her work driving the enhancement of Symphony RetailAI’s AI-based product offering and developing next-generation capabilities to ensure grocers and CPGs are prepared for future challenges. Jacques was honored for her work helping customers leverage data and analytics to effectively serve shoppers and increase profitability.
Katherine Collins, Head of Client Engagement, and Diana Garfold-Barr, Director, Customer Insights at Symphony RetailAI, were named as Rising Stars. Collins was recognized for her work ensuring that CPG clients are well equipped to create mutually beneficial relationships with retail partners. Garfold-Barr was honored for enabling her retail partners to make data-driven, customer-centric decisions in their category management processes.
Coborn’s Inc. and Giant Eagle executives honored for bettering the shopper experience
Rochelle Seideneck, VP Digital, Giant Eagle, a Symphony RetailAI customer, was named a Senior-Level Executive-category winner for her work in leading the grocer’s innovative Retail Media Network, one of the leading loyalty programs in the U.S. designed to reward shoppers. Seideneck is now a two-time Top Women in Grocery honoree, having been selected as a Rising Star in 2012.
Diana Barr, Director of Digital and Loyalty Advertising, Coborn’s Inc., a Symphony RetailAI customer, was named a Rising Star for her work enhancing the shopper experience and delivering business impact by creating and executing the company’s customer loyalty and digital strategy programs.
