Symphony EYC today announces that Agrokor Group’s Ledo will deploy GOLD Warehouse Management and GOLD Warehouse Voice Operations as the unique platform for optimized supply chain and logistics processes across its 5 inventory management and distribution depots. Ledo Agrokor is Croatia’s largest manufacturer of ice cream and frozen foods and is a household brand in the region.
To increase efficiencies and productivity in its supply chain as well as ensuring product availability and customer service levels, Ledo wanted a best practice solution which also conformed to strict European Union legislation on food product traceability. With Symphony GOLD, Ledo gains warehousing operational and productivity improvements, real-time inventory management as well as item-level traceability across its supply chain and logistics operations.
