KTA Expands Capabilities with Upgrades to Latest Version of Symphony GOLD

Hawaiian grocery chain adds new functionalities, GOLD Direct Store Delivery and GOLD Invoice Reconciliation, to expand its options for customer shopping and streamline its financial processes

The new capabilities including GOLD Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and GOLD Invoice Reconciliation are the first step in KTA’s incorporation of the latest enhanced version of Symphony GOLD’s Merchandise Management system, which is planned to be implemented across all of its island stores.

Founded in 1916, KTA Super Stores is a six-store supermarket chain with more than 800 associates serving the residents of Hawai‘i island. For over 95 years, KTA Super Stores has been committed to their founder’s philosophy – “a commitment to humbly serve the people of our community.”
