Dirk Rossmann GmbH replaces shelf optimization system with automation solution

DALLAS –  Sept. 29, 2020 – Symphony RetailAI, the leading global provider of integrated AI-enabled marketing, merchandising, and supply chain solutions for FMCG retailers and manufacturers, today announced that the Rossmann drugstore chain has selected Symphony RetailAI’s shelf space planning and planogram automation solutions to create store-specific planograms, optimize supply chain integration, and ensure improved shelf availability in all its German stores.

To meet the increasing customer demand and to improve customer satisfaction in stores, Rossmann decided to partner with Symphony RetailAI to optimize central and store processes. To do this, it will use Symphony RetailAI shelf planning and automation solutions. This will optimize the availability of products in all German stores using store-specific planning.
