Andrew Gardner has over 15 years’ experience working within category management, focusing on shopper insights, customer engagement, category & cluster planning and micro and macro space optimisation projects. His current role as Solutions Consulting Director provides Andrew with the opportunity to work with retailers and CPG manufacturers before, during and beyond the sales and implementation processes, bringing subject matter expertise to ensure our client’s requirements are accurately understood, supporting retailers and CPG manufacturers through the business process mapping, as-is / to-be, and functional requirements phases of complex projects. With 25 years’ experience in the provision of software solutions to large, demanding customers, Andrew’s singular focus is in driving the successful adoption of applications and services, delivering business benefit and working in partnership with our key, strategic customers to achieve our collective objectives.
